Because we take very seriously our legal and moral responsibility to provide for all or our staff, constituents and visitors, we must maintain an environment that is positive and wholesome. Employment at Will

All employees of Bonita Park Camp and Conference Center are "at will employees". This means that the employee can be discharged without cause and will not receive unemployment compensation based on their time at Bonita park. Bonita Park is exempt from unemployment tax.

Verification

I understand that if I am employed and if any statement herein is not true, I may be released immediately. If I am released, I will be paid only through the day of release.

I understand that if employed, I will be required to abide by all camp policies, standards and regulations, as they are promulgated from time to time. I further understand that if employed, when my employment is terminated by retirement or otherwise, I must return all employer's property in my custody before I am entitled to my final payment of any amounts due to me on separation.

I hereby authorize Bonita park to contact all prior employers for information and release them from any liability incurred in the release of information provided on my behalf.

I hereby affirm that I have carefully read and agree with Bonita Park's Mission, Statement of Faith and Employment-at-Will Clause, copies of which were furnished to me in connection with this application form.
